APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment: please email, text, call, or book online.

Phone calls will be answered as soon as possible during business hours; a full schedule of appointment times can make it difficult to return calls immediately.

We strive to provide the best services and respects the time requirements of clients, but appointment times may end up running long. We are here to help advise & take care of our clients, and sometimes that means a call or in-person appointment takes a bit longer than estimated.

Typical availability may be limited based on your schedule; we may be able to work with you if you request a very early or very late appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS & NO CALL/NO SHOWS

Normandy Nutrition strives to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy in order to ensure business runs smoothly and can accommodate for unexpected situations for both clients and practitioners.

Last-minute cancellations, no text or no call/no show, and habitual rescheduling or cancellations are disruptive to business and disrespectful to other clients.

Habitual Cancellation:

A client who:​

cancels three appointments consecutively,
-
has five cancellations and/or reschedules, and/or
-
cancels or reschedules an appointment within 24 hours or less, three or more times in a calendar year must prepay for all future appointments for the remaining calendar year. This will be non-refundable.

No call/no shows will be charged for half the price of the scheduled session, which will be required to be paid on the next appointment. If this occurs twice in a calendar year, the client must prepay for all future appointments for the remaining calendar year. This will be non-refundable.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable, but do not expire.

Gift certificates cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.

PRICING

Normandy Nutrition strives to provide affordable pricing for nutrition counseling & coaching and meal planning services.

Payment for services are non-refundable and due at the time of service.

Normandy Nutrition does not price match with services from other businesses.

A $35 fee will be applied to any bank check that does not clear and to any credit/debit card payment that is refused or voided from the issuing bank or card holder, this fee will be added to the next appointment scheduled for that client; excessive bounced checks and credit/debit card issues will result in prepaying for all future appointments or denial of service, prepaid services are non-refundable.

REFERRALS

Refer a new client to Normandy Nutrition and receive a 20% discount on your next appointment with us!

Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Referral discounts do not expire.

SOLICITATION

Normandy Nutrition does not allow:

on-site solicitation for products or services before, during, or after any appointments and/or
-
online solicitation, including but not limited to calling, texting, social media platforms including contacting the practitioner’s personal social media accounts, or any virtual contact whatsoever

Interested potential business opportunities for products, services, networking, etc: please contact Normandy Nutrition via phone or email during business hours

Consistent solicitations that void this policy may result in blocking of communications and/or termination of services

SPONSORSHIPS
