About Normandy Nutrition
Normandy Nutrition is so named because our approach is inspired by the French Paradox - how do the French (and other cultures as well) eat such rich diets, with lots of bread & cheese, but still have lower rates of heart disease and other comorbidities? And how on Earth do they get their kids to eat gourmet meals with arugula, beets, leeks, salmon, and more? The answer is part of our "secret sauce" - we take the French perspective on culture and lifestyle habits, adapt it with our American ways, and we get a happy medium: a veritable fusion of a variety of wellness inputs, including mindful eating at the center, all with an individualized, whole-person approach.

Rather than complicated, guilt-ridden, perfectionistic, or quick-fix diets
as typical in American society,
we utilize easy, enjoyable, flexible, long-term French wellness solutions
based on individual goals.
No cookie-cutter advice or shaming here!
We encourage people to eat more plants while meeting them where they are.
We help people develop & maintain a healthy relationship with food & exercise
as well as encouraging variety and progress over perfection. We value sustainable lifestyle changes that improve overall health & wellness.
